2. Description of Services

LaFacture is a cloud-based invoicing and financial management platform for Quebec businesses.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must provide accurate information.

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, to harass others, or to transmit harmful content.

LaFacture and its content are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of your data.

Paid plans are billed according to the selected subscription. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

LaFacture shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada.

Disputes shall be resolved through mediation before resorting to litigation in Quebec courts.

We may modify these terms with 30 days notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
